Vacant titles can be challenged by capable boxers who are solid professionals with good records.
Vacant titles must be a match of boxers from the same or connecting countries, states, provinces or nearby islands. Challenger(s) must be a boxer of that particular weight class with a winning record.
The challenger(s) must reside in the same or surrounding country, state or province that the current champion resides in.

Qualified boxers with outstanding professional records wil be matched with oposition from another continent for an Intercontinental Title

Regional Title matches will be made with the best available boxer(s)

What is the G.B.O.?

The goal of the Global Boxing Organization is to honor boxers who are
'THE PEOPLES CHAMPIONS'
These boxers may hold any other title they can obtain.
These declared Champions will be rated by a combination of computer ranking and other factors.
Other factors include a committee vote by a panel of long time boxing people.
